Can You Be "Christian" and not Believe the Bible? - the Christian Point of View

Grace Point Church, a self proclaimed "progressive Christian" church in Nashville, Tennessee recently claimed that "The Bible ISN'T the Word of God". It is "a product of community." Can anyone who is truly Christian hold this view about Scripture?
